A cheat sheet leading to success with NVIDIA drivers on Fedora 43+ on a Precision 7560 Mobile Workstation:

Do not use official NVIDIA driver installer.

Do not blacklist noveau:

sudo grubby --args="rd.driver.blacklist='' modprobe.blacklist=''" --update-kernel=ALL

Do not install v4l2loopback/git from git:

sudo dkms uninstall v4l2loopback/git

Just install akmod-nvidia:

sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-cuda

Wait 5 minutes until modprobe, reboot.

Here you go. Nice and easy.

Is there anything illegal to have your default route pointing not to your network gateway but to the #wireguard peer local IP address? Like, on the router level?

Lets have a pair of Wireguard IP's: 10.0.0.2 is me and 10.0.0.1 is my WG endpoint.

The network gateway (B) is only used to reach the public peer IP address (A) and that's it:

ip route add A.A.A.A/32 via B.B.B.B

Your whole traffic up until your trusted Wireguard endpoint somewhere is encrypted:

ip route add 0.0.0.0/0 via 10.0.0.1
