  Well, this is disturbing from a labour rights perspective. Mandating binding arbitration before a strike kind of intrinsically means there will be no ability to strike.   Well, on first blush, the bond market seems to like The Fed's decision to hike rates in the US by 25 basis points. The question is, what will Trump do?   I wonder how many Managers play management simulations? My experience with management in large companies has been composed of people who haven't a clue about rational resource allocation or evidence based decision making, they've always been people who upper management finds agreeable and loyal. That doesn't seem particularly meritorious, but it also doesn't have good outcomes vis-a-vis productivity, relations, etc. What a world we live in!
