Couldn’t do it in the sense that he tried and couldn’t hit. Then he cried like that time he showed everybody that he can’t hit anything in poe without melting in 2 seconds. After that he jizzed into a test tube because he can’t hit that pussy neither.

I mean it kind of sucks that he didn’t play them one through five they are objectively really good games. Especially vice City. So many great memories playing that game.
