  I do pullups most Sundays after running or football ⚽. I've been mostly getting one or two. But three weekends in a row I've gotten three. And yesterday the first two were easier than they normally are. Feeling pretty good about that.

  I feel like a fucking spy, because I know how people interact with dudes. And now I get interacted with (mostly) as a woman. It's creepy as fuck the increase of random people, fucking strangers, (and it's almost exclusively dudes) that say "hi" or "good morning" or some shit to me now. That shit isn't normal, and it creeps me the fuck out.

  The greatest thing I'm going to do for this place is not doing things immediately. - I first ask what do we need to do - Then I ask why we need to do it - Then I say give me a minute to make sure that's a good idea Half the time this happens, maybe takes 5 or 10 minutes. We (and a lot of the time it's not only me) figure out we should do something different. So much time pressure here is forcing dumb costly mistakes all the time.

  One thing I've had to navigate a bunch during my job hunt has been the sheer number of positions that got listed which the company has no intention of filling. Some are bait and switch. Where they have similar roles they move you into. Some are just cool positions where I assume they are just gambling up resumes and contact information for.

  Unlocked a memory where I was singing Lovefool by The Cardigans in 9th grade while doing tryouts for the HS football ⚽ team. I was singing it at people while doing various 1 on 1 drills. I remember almost getting decked because of it and I switched up to Barbie Girl by Aqua. I did have this memory but I did just unlock Lovefool. Not sure that's cis-dude behavior. Maybe it is because I sure as hell got underneath a bunch of kids' skin.
