The greatest thing I'm going to do for this place is not doing things immediately. - I first ask what do we need to do - Then I ask why we need to do it - Then I say give me a minute to make sure that's a good idea Half the time this happens, maybe takes 5 or 10 minutes. We (and a lot of the time it's not only me) figure out we should do something different. So much time pressure here is forcing dumb costly mistakes all the time.
