So I really like specifically King Oscar sardines in lemon olive oil as well as their salmon. Haven’t been able to get them at the store for a few weeks now and today a sticker was put up stating there’s a shortage from the manufacturer. Turns out there’s been a sardine shortage(for king Oscar brand specifically). The area where KO gets there sardines is experiencing a shortage because there’s not enough plankton for them to eat :/

Fantastic transfer window so far for the teams I enjoy, Tottenham, Liverpool, and PSG in that order of tidiness done. Especially spurs though

I liked to be signed out of google for any google searches or anything related to google. I’m sure it doesn’t really help for anonymity but still, I like it that way. Google is VERY sneaky about signing you in and keeping you signed in. It’s annoying

I have an old old hard drive that has stuff going as far back as 2008 on it. I found it a couple years ago and predictably it was dead, just wouldn’t turn on. Recently decided to actually see what I could do to get it operating. Turns out it was a super easy fix. Taking it out of the enclosure it was a hard drive with a sata to micro usb adapter attached to said hard drive. Turns out the adapter was dead. Plugged the hard drive directly in via sata and it worked perfectly. Was able to transfe...

RE: https://infosec.exchange/@Procrvstinvtion/117248951939894417 I’m currently doing something I haven’t done since like 2014? I have downloaded iTunes for windows(I don’t own a Mac anymore), added all 7,000 songs to it, plugged my iPhone in, and am manually syncing the songs to it. Been over a decade since I’ve down this process. Blast from the past for sure

Matthew McConaughey recently uploaded a video on YouTube talking about AI. Told a story about how his son told him he really liked writing the word lollipop in cursive, and related that to how AI probably wouldn’t ever tell his son to do that as a fun activity. It was interesting

Watched an interview with a tier 1 operator who was apart of RRC(you’ve got the army rangers who are tier 2, then RRC, who are tier 1). He was telling a story about how he blended in at a college. Their target was at Howard University and was at the library so he pretended to be a snow shoveler to keep an eye on said target, and basically no one suspected a thing was the whole story. I’m sorry…what’s a tier 1 operator doing spying at a HBCU? That’s weird right?

Very apposite of me to be reading Herodotus’ Histories, specifically the Landmark edition by Strassler which talks about the Thucydides Trap, and then have Xi Jinping bring it up not two weeks later. What timing

Just had a fun experience, a good win moment for the soft modded 360. Dragon Age Inquisition for the Xbox 360 came in 2 discs. The first was an install disc that installed game files and multiplayer, the second was a play disc. If you have a base model 360 that has no internal HDD and only the 4gb internal memory unit(like I do), you can’t play Inquisition. Many unfortunate gamers only discovered this upon boot up after buying the game, and it led to a lot of review bombing upon launch. The...

Xbox 360 started experiencing a green glitchy screen. Thought the GPU had gone or a bad HDMI port or something. Nope! Roku put out an update that has messed up a ton of people’s devices. Switch 2, PS5, DVD player, my Xbox 360, etc, lots of people experiencing this green glitch screen issue. Awesome stuff guys Some of the fixes include: Changing the tv input mode from compatibility mode to Standard. That worked for me for a second but it went right back into the issue. Works for some, doesn’t...

One of the cooler features that’s gone now from Apple has to do with the Photos app. You used to be able to look at a map that would show a pin where all your photos were taken. It was really cool to see a bunch of pins all over the globe. Now they show a little preview of said photos but I miss the pins.
