Watched an interview with a tier 1 operator who was apart of RRC(you’ve got the army rangers who are tier 2, then RRC, who are tier 1). He was telling a story about how he blended in at a college. Their target was at Howard University and was at the library so he pretended to be a snow shoveler to keep an eye on said target, and basically no one suspected a thing was the whole story. I’m sorry…what’s a tier 1 operator doing spying at a HBCU? That’s weird right?
