Today, I just feel sad after one little minor thing. And I got over that thing, but the sadness continues. I have nothing to be sad about. I'm feeling great about my current relationships. I'm getting some slight uncertainty because all of these friends are new, but I feel good about them. I'm missing my old besties from highschool, but I'm happy to keep in contact with the best of them. I didn't have classes today. I didn't have anything to remind me of old routines with friends. So why do I just feel like I want to drown in sadness, for no real reason except that it feels strangely comforting to have my gut twisting itself?

Hmm, strange. Maybe I have gotten used to dissociation or something, or maybe I have become more emotionally mature? But whenever I'm feeling a certain type of way, it's like I can suddenly observe my mental health and emotions from a third person perspective. It's not like I can stop mental breakdowns when they come, but as they happen, a part of me goes "oh no... that is not good... you should stop... oh, you're not stopping... dammit". Right now, I can feel myself be sad and step away and wonder why and how, and realize I'm not sad but I seem to feel like it. I feel the sinking feeling in my gut, but it shouldn't be there.
