@mcoorlim@mastodon.gamedev.place @davidcelis@xoxo.zone @inthehands@hachyderm.io Personally I'd probably recommend Codeberg or hosting your own Forgejo repo. Gitlab is in a position to making the same mistakes (already added AI and a private company, at least the server is open core), while forgejo is fully open source, imo easy to selfhost and Codeberg eV is a German "Verein" (kind of like the US 501c nonprofit), so it very much lives and dies with the community
