@mianotapancake@void.lgbt @witix@mk.absturztau.be there is a *very* big gap between "privately using LLMs under protest because you are required to" and "actively defending their use while you know you have a lot of influence", and what Linus is doing is 100% the latter and is inexcusable

@joepie91@fedi.slightly.tech @witix@mk.absturztau.be Again, as I've stated before. I disagree with Torvalds. But I don't think that it is intrinsically contradictory with the other statement. I personally oppose the use of genAI. I am not defending the use of AI.
