really getting sick of this shit where i describe step by step what my problem is, and somebody responds "i don't see that problem in [unrelated system], could you tell me if you mean [literally the system i described]?"

today i got it from Shopper Drug Mart where i emailed Shoppers Drug Mart and asked them to update my name in Shoppers Drug Mart and they said "i don't see your old name on your PC ID, did you mean Shoppers Drug Mart?" yes. yes you fucking idiot, i did.
