today i got it from Shopper Drug Mart where i emailed Shoppers Drug Mart and asked them to update my name in Shoppers Drug Mart and they said "i don't see your old name on your PC ID, did you mean Shoppers Drug Mart?" yes. yes you fucking idiot, i did.

at this point i can only assume it's either intentional malice or somebody feeding every single email through AI instead of reading it themselves because they're too fucking stupid to read actual words.
