@luna@lunar.place you know how people use "chat" ? I'd call that 4th person perspective. as an omniscient group of people, as opposed to some third person, who's a regular person but not part of the current conversation

    @gwenthefops@booping.synth.download @luna@lunar.place "chat" is generally used as a term of address for the second person in the current conversation. "chat, are you seeing this?", "chat, what do you think about this?", "chat, please stop spamming". or it might be used in the third person "chat told me to do it", "i knew to do that because chat explained why". like sure, it's an omniscient kind of group i guess? but it's just second and third person.
