@Doppelganger75@mastodon.world I know everyone hates Starlink, but you can't deny its usability for travel. I have a Starlink mini on the boat and I take it off the boat and bring it with me when I go south in my RV in the winter. The lowest level plan usually meets my needs and it's under $100 a month. I use Internet connectivity and a hotspot on my phone whenever possible.

@mlanger@mastodon.world Starlink is undeniably convenient, but I'm just not willing to support that man. Between park wi-fi and our cellphone hotspots, we almost always manage to get internet good enough for surfing, and we have the Dish Tailgater/Wally combo for TV news.
