  Sigh.... I'm just so fekkin tired of being tired, ya know. And spending all my not-tired time getting caught up on all the stuff I didn't do because I was too damn tired.   They were having a tech fail at one of the shops today. Had to reboot the internet and all the cash registers. Big hullabaloo. Big delays. But customers were cool about, understanding and patient. Someone even offered to clear old posters off the bulletin board while they were waiting. I didn't realise how hungry I was for some kindness, everybody has been so stressed and crabby. My soul has been refreshed.

  Gentle reminder, when someone is sharing some small piece of resistance they have done, DO NOT SHIT ON IT. Do not tell them it isn't enough or it's still bad because blah blah other stuff...   As Canadians, I think the most tragic thing, the thing that hits us right in the culture, is summer used to be a kind of collective celebration of surviving the winter. Sunny relief after adversity. And now, between runaway allergies, lethal heatwaves, and the forest fires, summers are turning into a seasonal gauntlet much worse (and less easily remedied by a toque and hot cocoa).   One of the best features of fedi, that I think we forget to even mention when trying to engage new people, is access to curated knowledge. I just don't even do internet searches on stuff outside my wheelhouse any more. It's so hard to discern useful/accurate content. I LOVE that I can just ask real humans on fedi and they will answer from their depth of knowledge and share the helpful links. #fediLove

  Hey spoonie hivemind! Are there side effects/onboarding issues I should watch out for starting low dose naltrexone? Any other advice/observations/tips also welcome. I assumed I could just start it in the background and mostly ignore, wait for slow improvements.
