They were having a tech fail at one of the shops today. Had to reboot the internet and all the cash registers. Big hullabaloo. Big delays. But customers were cool about, understanding and patient. Someone even offered to clear old posters off the bulletin board while they were waiting. I didn't realise how hungry I was for some kindness, everybody has been so stressed and crabby. My soul has been refreshed.
