@ShadowJonathan@tech.lgbt I'll add to that: If I wind up hearing your ad and actually notice and remember the name of your product or service, I will boycott your company for the rest of my life. I don't encounter ads much these days, but still will *never* buy any "name brand" I remember commercials for when I was a kid. I'll go out of my way to buy "generic" products in order not to reward advertising and brand promotion.

"Israeli strikes kill 30 Palestinians, including children, as Gaza ceasefire inches forward" Inches forward, how, exactly? Has Israel, on any single day since the beginning of the ceasefire, ceased fire? Has there been a single day since the start of the ceasefire during which Israel didn't actually kill anyone? If so, I missed it.

I wonder if Trump is starting to regret not being able to threaten to take away funding from public broadcasting anymore?

Does any country have measuring tick marks (inch/centimeter) on their currency? I think about this every time I use a dollar bill to (roughly) measure something. A dollar is just a tad over six inches in length, so it sorta works. I always think there should be real marks (inch on one side, centimeter on the other) along the back edge of all bills (or a least one dollar bills) 'cause they're a standard thing we all probably have in our pocket at any given moment.

It looks like Mauna Loa Observatory data is down. Is this a technical glitch, or an intentional attack by the science denying disgrace to humanity currently in the White House? It looks like no new data since Dec. 31st. https://keelingcurve.ucsd.edu/ https://www.co2.earth/daily-co2 #co2 #ClimateCrisis #ClimateChange #science #data #sabotage #WarOnScience #PublicData #MaunaLoa
