<p>Just a lazy fat furry fuzzy floofy solitary brown bear doing stuff alone. I don&#39;t work for anybody, but there&#39;s one bear that strives me to be better. Friend-shaped, chill, agreeable and kinda nice but not friendly.</p><p>I&#39;ve relegated this account to mostly contain my solutions to problems I encounter on Linux and *BSD. Off-topic and non-cool stuff gets deleted after a week.</p>

    A universal software archive huh? That suddenly reminds me of softwares like CyanogenMod and Clockworkmod recovery. To think that was almost 10 years ago, I was only 12 or 13 when I modded my first Android phone back then.     After trying to find some tweaks on how to make loading screens shorter in Fallout 76, I discovered I haven&amp;#39;t even enabled TRIM and disabled workqueue on the drive I have the game installed on!     So spice-vdagent for sum reason doesn&amp;#39;t start on MX Linux even if it is enabled. I use systemd so I made a replacement unit file, commented out Requires= under [Unit], Type=forking under [Service], ExecStart=/usr/sbin/spice-vdagentd $SPICE_VDAGENTD_EXTRA_ARGS, replaced that with just ExecStart=/usr/sbin/spice-vdagentd, and then commented Also= under [Install] and added WantedBy=multi-user.target https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Systemd#Replacement_unit_files #mxlinux #archlinux #linux...

    Welp, finished Watch Dogs 2 some minutes ago, for the third time now. 1st playthrough was back in June 2022 and I think I played on normal diff. I played the game A MONTH after manually installing Arch Linux lol, which is still the same install I use right now. I only had a Ryzen 3 1300X, a GTX 1050 Ti and 16 gigs of RAM.     If it wasn&amp;#39;t for the beaver, I wouldn&amp;#39;t have made my comeback on youtube. I wouldn&amp;#39;t be on Reddit and have the courage to talk to people about the game, and I definitely wouldn&amp;#39;t be here right now without that courage.     I was able to take a screenshot by renaming the &amp;quot;org.kde.spectacle.desktop&amp;quot; to something else in ~/.local/share/applications. I remember that file got recreated immediately when I launched spectacle again a while ago. Right now it didn&amp;#39;t. That was a bit while ago so I&amp;#39;mma see later if it recreates the desktop file if I reboot Idk, it&amp;#39;s a mess.     Hey bear, does dev-tpm0.device and dev-tpmrm0.device make you wait for 45 seconds every time you reboot ? Try masking those. If it doesn&amp;#39;t work, try putting systemd.tpm2_wait=false on kernel parameters. That should solve it ! Best of luck to you, future bear.     Also one thing I noticed here on Mastodon yesterday is that fav and boost counts don&#39;t always match up on every instance. I could definitely have &gt; 0 favs and boosts on other mastodon instances but it&#39;s just not reflected here. I like to think that while I visibly have 0 favs and boosts here on this instance, there&#39;s like 20 people who see my stuff on other instances and also fav and/or boost &#39;em. It helps me to think I&#39;m not &quot;screaming to the void&quot; haha, idk....

    Mating season&amp;#39;s just around the corner for bears but I still haven&amp;#39;t found my mate. Regardless I&amp;#39;ll carry on. The PB2SL V2 I stupidly fixed yesterday&amp;#39;s still working fortunately. I got sum pictures but I&amp;#39;m kinda lazy to pull them from my phone but yeah the thing can now recharge batteries itself and can also charge other stuff though it has trouble charging powerbanks through C to C cables.
