Hey bear, does dev-tpm0.device and dev-tpmrm0.device make you wait for 45 seconds every time you reboot ? Try masking those. If it doesn't work, try putting systemd.tpm2_wait=false on kernel parameters. That should solve it ! Best of luck to you, future bear.
