  I am pretty sure I cracked the code for my #cats to understand time. For the last month, when its 10 mins to feeding time, I put both hands up in front of me and declare '10 minutes'. At 5 minutes, I put one hand up and say '5 minutes'. Then at feeding time I fill their bowls. I've noticed recently they've stopped nagging once i give them the 10 minute warning. They just sit patiently til food time for that blissful 10 minute window.

  Am I a woodworker if I made a ~4 foot workbench extension with shelving unit out of 3/4" thick plywood? I used a circular saw and some screws and of course wood. Its simple, functional, holds lots of weight, and most edges line up like you'd expect. It matches the height of my workbench exactly. There's a divider to store my shopvac and my bike's second wheel set in their own sections. I sanded it down to be less pointy, but no stain or painting. My daughter says no i am not. #p...
