Reading a lot of Linux projects talking about LLMs now, focusing on if they work well enough or not. No talk about ethics, ideals or politics. If it continues down this path, FLOSS will end up like the Ed Sheeran of software. #software #foss #floss #libresoftware #linux #lxqt #desktopEnvironment #openSource #ethics #llm #techbros #tech

(Re-uploading to this instance) Brass cast little sculpture of a wood cube showing tunnels carved by a woodworm. Of course the tree was already firewood when I found it, I only cut it into a rough cube. And the woodworm was long gone: Wherever you are, I hope you're OK, it was nice making this collab with you. #MetalCasting #art #ContemporaryArt #sculpture #insect #beetle #abstract #organic #geometric #WoodWorm #carcoma #SciArt #wood #biology #entomology #casting #xylophague #collaboration

A search sent me to Kung Fury's subreddit and the rules cracked me up, specially since there is only one rule: #kungFury #AI

This is what happens when you don't value The Goose. (Shameless re-upload because goose hype and I don't see how to quote-boost my own post) #pixelArt #goose

A dog came to say hello, sat by my side and demanded that I left my hand on its head. So I have that going on for me. #dogs

Six dinosaurs and an elasmosaur I pixelled at @iris ' request. EDIT: the Hide and Alt buttons cover the T. rex, so you might have to click the image to see one of our favorites #PixelArt #dinosaurs #elasmosaur #digitalPainting

RE: https://universeodon.com/@SrRochardBunson/116450747385021914 Quote boosting to add CW, some people don't want to see torture on their timelines. And by torture I mean the bull getting tortured. But some people also don't want to see a torturer getting bloody justice, so CW for that too. I personally don't enjoy seeing this, but I side with the bull every time.

Shoutout to @Pixelorama for saving a couple of projects in the background. I would have lost an hour of pixelling 😅 Thank you. Also, here's the necessary soundtrack to the most 80's thing I've ever done: https://youtu.be/px_Zrs41hmA?si=RSEYSM_Ufjh5KIHX #BeverlyHillsCop #EddieMurphy #pixelart #pixelorama #software #godot #linux #movies #80s #AxelFoley

I'm checking PixiEditor and it's doing much better than a couple of years ago. Drawing with vectors right next to Pixel Art, next to regular image editing is wild, and I haven't even tried the procedural art yet. Also, the No AI stance right there in the site's home screen 👌 That's what I want to see. https://pixieditor.net/ #software #noAI #pixelArt #proceduralArt #vectorArt #raster #foss #floss #linux #digitalArt
