Reading a lot of Linux projects talking about LLMs now, focusing on if they work well enough or not. No talk about ethics, ideals or politics.
If it continues down this path, FLOSS will end up like the Ed Sheeran of software.

@enriquericos@mastoart.social Was open source ever about ethics beyond the 4 freedoms? (Not that any of the 4 freedoms applies to AI, but the important ethical questions about LLMs are different ones)
