If a company suddenly changes your subscription billing structure (e.g., yearly to monthly), which increases your monthly cost (w/o any notification), WALK AWAY. Otherwise, the company will keep treating its customers like garbage. FYI: This happened to my family. So I finished the book. I still highly recommend. It is creatively and beautifully written and a bit absurd (which may make a great movie). I imagine it might have different meanings to different people. To me, it is a story about redemption. Just note: It is a bit intense and may not be for the squeamish. By the way, it has a new cover now (related to the upcoming movie, it seems). #books #bookstodon https://mstdn.social/@dalfen/117021804854000010
