  Is there a tool that reasonably compares photos (which may not have identical names, and may or may not actually be identical) and sorts out the duplicates by quality? I have about a Tb of unsorted family photos straight from digital cameras, and I need to back them up, but I also need to conserve disk space, because of the fucking oligarchs. Stories about welfare fraud are 100% about making it hard for people to get help. Measures to combat fraud all amount to making the walls higher. There is absolutely zero effort made to check whether it reduces valid applications, and also zero effort made to check whether it reduces fraudulent applications....
