  I am so unwell I have napped. Unheard of apart from when I had glandular fever as a teen and flu in my early 20s. I can usually barely sleep at night in optimum conditions, let alone nap. Tested negative for COVID yesterday. Will test again this evening cos I have The Fear. But I think it's likely just a cold and my fucked body can't fight it.

  Very grateful that @IvysRequiem is sorting some admin for me today, including fixing my error in making the delay repay claim for the absolute trashfire that was our trip to Birmingham the other weekend, and contacting my wheelchair seller to see if they will do anything about the broken wheel housing thanks to Cardiff's pavement.

  Well this afternoon was utterly fucking terrifying. I was feeling real sketchy before my UC appt. Started being real dizzy and faint during it, lady doing it said she could see me going paler. Getting out of the taxi at home my legs just stopped working and I ended up laying on the front room floor twitching and unable to move for 30+ minutes. If I'd been on my own I dread to think how differently it would have gone.
