Argh my brain is so fucked up from childhood trauma. My pain levels hit 9/10 today and I still: Did promo & vetting for @Weirdos_Queerdos@toot.wales . Approved timesheets for my mentor. Had a shower & cut my nails. Washed up twice. Did laundry & put away last lot. Cleaned a sewing machine. Set up my very heavy sewing machine. Made Ragu for dinner. Cleaned the drain. Placed an Ocado order. Worked on my @kbtl.bsky.social class. And my brain is going "you're lazy and did nothing today."
