Pressure washing MAYBE but if its not grey you may just open wood fibers for no reason. You can just hose it off or broom it to get dust/dirt off and stain it.

I quit drinking and actually stuck to it and if anything my life has gotten worse. I now have less friends and less social life (no bars) and because I'm not so hung over I've ended up working way more. I had way more interactions with women when I was drinking all the time too. Stupid....

There's like an actual reality that if you date 10 women - the likely hood of getting cheated on, having the relationship end in a nasty way, etc is a lot higher. Like maybe 10% of women cheat or whatever, if you date 3 women you may only ever have good experiences, but if you date 10 the likelihood of you acquiring trauma is much higher. And once you acquire trauma, it gets harder to pair bond or whatever. Not...

Like a 20 somethings will like trust you quicker, but women in their 30s will spend WEEKS watching for "red flags" before they open up.
