    What is rest? This is a question I have been pondering recently. I used to think that rest was sleeping, or sitting quietly, not doing anything. But now I don&#39;t think that is always true.     Today I miss my brother I have no idea why today particularly. It is not a birthday, an anniversary, or other significant date. I just really keenly feel a space in my heart where he should be. I will roll with this wave of grief. There is more time between each one now and I have a chance to breathe. I am starting to heal around the scar that loss leaves. The edges are not so raw and tender. I am starting to have hope. But today, I miss my brother #grief

    Good Morning! Beige blessings be :bb: Today I have to drive for about 7 hours to end up right back where I started. I am taking Nephew home and hopefully driving back here, though I have arranged that if I need to I cam stay with my sister tonight and drive back home tomorrow.     I just realised that by the time this episode was aired originally, I was a parent. I was actually allowed to create an actual human and take them home from the hospital without any other adult supervision. Terrifying! #TOTP

The last 5.5 years have been traumatic, with a family house fire, multiple family bereavements, family hospitalisations, pet hospitalisations, unexpected diagnoses, and medical operations.     I have had an idea,and now want to make a rocktopus. An octopus made from a rock and attached items who looks like he is rocking out. Will I do this? No, I have ADHD, by the time I found the bits I needed I would be trying to work out some other random idea. But this is what my brain is currently engaged with.     Well, I did it! I got my final module result and got a distinction, which means my degree offer should be a 1st! I am so pleased. This is something I never truly believed I could do, but I have done it!! I have actually done it!! Turns out I just needed the right support in place for my ADHD &amp; autism.     Today should be my nephew&#39;s 7th birthday. Instead he will be forever 4 years old. Please, make sure you know what to do in case of a fire. Know which adult is going for which child. He is currently playing a game of some description with Husband whilst I hide in another room and decompress from the drive. Delightfully, I got to introduce Nephew to the number plate alphabet game, and he had great fun finding all the letters of the alphabet in order as we drove along.
