    I&amp;#39;ve been shaving every day this week as I&amp;#39;m on holiday and want look presentable. However usually I only shave every second day as I&amp;#39;m a delicate little flower and my face is a bit sensitive and tends to go a bit red and hot.     OK, let&#39;s do this #OneBadThing Didn&#39;t sleep at all well last night. Was awake for toilet at midnight and again at 1:30 then up from 3am to 5:30am, got up at 8am. However #ThreeGoodThings #3GoodThings 1. Had a good cooked (veggie) breakfast 2. Got out of the house for a 2hr walk. 3. Treated myself to a coffee and Danish pastry when out.

    I keep pondering the &quot;3 good things&quot; hashtag but I rarely post under it. I find it very difficult to actually find three good things to mention each day.     I was tidying up my office today. #AuDHD style. I take everything off the shelves, sort into piles all over every surface, cover the floor, trip over things going in and out, get overwhelmed at the mess, wait for my impulsive #ADHD side to give way to my #Autistic side.
