  I dont know if this an effect of getting healthier since surgery, or being post #menopause or just something i'm noticing more, but I seem to be pooping a lot more than usual. Like, 3 times a day instead of just once in the morning. And nice healthy poops too but where is it all coming from? I'm not eating more, just eating healthier. Was I just holding onto it more before? Questions of poop need answering haha.

  @hmm_cook@universeodon.com Nope. I learned to deal with stuff on my own because no-one ever supported me. Positive side is I 'get shit done' and can deal with pretty much everything. I'm a tough cookie. Negative is I have never properly processed all the shit I had to go through with no support, and that manifests as pushing people away and not trusting anyone. I would love to learn these skills you mention, but wouldnt even know where to start.

Ive been following the hashtag for some time and have not been aware of this.   Hey all I've dumped the #Python course I originally started via Coursera as it was really badly planned. Instead, I've started the #OpenLearn (Open Uni) short course "Learn to code for data analysis" which uses Pythion and looks pretty good so far. They want me to use Anaconda with notebooks and Jupytr (sp). So i've downloaded full version of #Anaconda but there appears to be a lot of slop installed in the package, 562 apps. Our CPO Ed is on BBC radio 5 at 11:30 today (uk time) talking about the role of male ambassadors/allies and the partnership he is building between the company I work for and #HASSL I can vouch for ED, he is a solid ally and not just for kudos.   I fear I'm becoming addicted to the light breeze of a tower fan on lowest setting. I have 3.   Finally had my #physio consultation, 4 months after surgery. Not too bad a wait in the grand scheme of things I guess. Quick recap: For 5 years I had chronic lower back pain that got worse over time, reducing my activity and mobility until I needed a walking stick and weighed around 17.5 stone.
