Left an #ESO guild I was in for some time and helped to shape, because the guild owner won't pull his best gaming buddies up on their sexist behaviour. I'm so sick of this bullshit in online gaming spaces. A lady from South Africa was talking about a potential serial killer in her town, targeting women aged around 20-40. Bro makes a joke about the sample size being quite wide, and I tell him there are no appropriate Lol's when talking about women being murdered. His response? to tell me not to take everything so seriously, and demand I correct my statement to include men. His mate jumps in to whine about men always being stereotyped etc etc. This is their typical response whenever any subject turns to womens issues, and the guild leader does nothing. That was it. Enough of that place.
