Anarcho-capitalism (US libertarianism, read: feudalism) is about as true to “modern anarchism” as Nazism (fascism) is to socialism.   When it comes to language, I’m personally a descriptivist and not a prescriptivist. We call the US a democracy when republic could be considered the strict definition of things. So I don’t see much purpose to engaging in the linguistic semantics you bring up.
