Your light pen plugs into the front RJ-14 jack and your sync cable - not included, sadly - plugs into the back to tell the unit when HSYNC and VSYNC occur, which gives it the pen position.
I assume it was not originally nicotine brown. This might be the first thing I ever retrobrite.

This thing supported up to 4 pens simultaneously via some crazy USB hub contraption that i'm sure will never see the light of day but you bet your sweet bupkis if it ever does i'll buy it
