I seem to remember from a few days ago, comparison between data centers based on gigabytes, both existing and planned for a dozen countries.
By every measure, the United States is completely off the scale compared to any other country, including China (a proportion that is reminiscent of military spending).
I think I can find the image because I bookmarked it, but I’d like you to ask yourself if there’s such a thing as market efficiency
