Fun fact! The original X dot com was an online bank around 2000, and it was… pretty great, actually. Then PayPal needed a licensed bank, and Elon needed an exit, so they sold it and closed their customers’ accounts.
I remember waking up one day to an email saying: hey, jerks, we got ours, now you have 30 days to get your cash out before we disable your debit card, byeeeeeee
