He reminds me of my grandmother in the last 2 years of her life. She wasn't a president of a country though. It's going to get worse before the end.

It’s the way narcissists speak. Everything they do is just to get others to stroke their ego since they lack the ability to do it themselves. They are constantly torturing their words in real time to maximize the validation they’ll receive in a response to what they say. His declining mental abilities make it even worse.
