That Microsoft and Google cut off service to the ICC and staff is definitely a huge red alert. Both companies get a huge chunk of revenues from abroad and heoperdizing it to please the emperor's dementia-driven temper tantrums.
There are truly no guard rails and it isn't just for nuclear codes, but even large megacorps are now endangering their own business to coply with the emperor.
