I mean its entirely possible. I struggle to believe there are that many people who are rich+powerful and also nonces. I really do believe that once you reached a certain level of influence you were told "WE run this world, youre either in or out." And we'll never be able to separate for sure whos a poor-little-rich-guy and whos an awful awful awful excuse for a human. Only silver lining in MJ case is that hes already dead. We dont need to worry about it so much there.

That's a fascinating conspiracy theory, but I think the most likely explanation is greed on behalf of the accusers, or their parents.
