I work 100% remotely, and my day job doesn't even have profile pics. When we meet, it's a dozen cartoon images or memes as faces. No cams, no pics. The side gig I've had for 20 years has never had a pic. These people wouldn't recognize me if I walked in the office one day. Why should I? We don't see a value.
