FFS. *Nobody* knows how to ensure that there are zero such bugs - why would anyone ever imagine that getting rid of the boss would make a blind bit of difference?

@TimWardCam@c.im Yeh; I guess it depends how the boss responds and whether they're doing everything they could - have they got static analysis and AIs trying to spot problems? Was this failure really 'safe' or could that corruption have taken out something more subtly/dangerously?
