Fuck “innovation”. These days, “innovation” is one of the following: ⁃ Fucking over workers ⁃ Fucking over customers ⁃ Fucking over suppliers ⁃ Fucking over the environment ⁃ Fucking over public service and infrastructure ⁃ Fucking over everyone’s dignity and privacy Every new “innovation” is indistinguishable from #enshittification. Every new tech is deployed to put more money into the pockets of capital, and to do so by inflicting abuse and suffering on everyone else who is not a capitalist. When politicians wring their hands about “not wanting to slow down innovation”, know that they’re mostly worried about slowing down the rate at which their billionaire donors can profit from your suffering. Fuck em all. Fuck innovation. Innovation isn’t of any importance compared to a livable world and a dignified standard of living for people.
