@PinkNigel@cupoftea.social yes it is odd wording of the headline. My guess is that they are using the legal meaning of 'alleged' rather common usage. In legal usage it just means it hasn't been proved as fact in court, which technically it hasn't been (yet). But better to stick to common usage (or not use it at all) in reporting to the general public (imo).
