And then the most followed and boosted posts are as vibe as vibe gets and everyone:
“Hells yeah that looks awesome! Where’s the TestFlight?”
I guess it just depends on who’s doing the vibe coding. Or the fact that you don’t say you’re doing it.

@pasi@infosec.exchange Hm, it’s hard to explain. I’m not against vibe coding per se. I’m more against people (who often are not even familiar with the platform) using it as a shortcut for making money, not respecting anything else. They’re copying apps relentlessly, not respecting common patterns, performance might be bad, apps won’t get maintained in the long run, etc. But as long as it still feels nice and polished, and is used in a creative way, I don’t mind which way the code was created.
