It's been 2 days since the arraignment, it may be a bit early to jump to conclusions about what they do or do not have. In any case, it is not standard procedure in any criminal case to release evidence to the public before a criminal trial. Have you seen the firearms evidence report against Mangione? You haven't, because that information isn't made public because there is a pending trial. The most likely explanation, and one that fits the timing, is that Trump was on his phone talking to the Signal group and coordinating the ballroom message and posting on social media.
