@TheQuinbox@dragonscave.space I wonder why YouTube hasn't implemented Google's own Widevine DRM (plus FairPlay for Apple)? Not that I think they should, but it would mostly be game over for downloaders at that point.

@TheQuinbox@dragonscave.space I think they already have this thing called voice boost that just boosts the voice of a person speeking in the video. but i still like to download and watch shit tbh. I just use foo youtube much of the time.

@TheQuinbox@dragonscave.space Now we just need a better way to get a modded YouTube on iOS other than "install SideStore, install outdated IPA or be lucky and build it yourself on a mac, use it for 7 days, realize that refresh doesn't work anymore, reinstall, repeat ad infinitum."
