Today's braincare session will be the first session since my autism diagnosis. It's no surprise (she already reckoned I was, but this was a diagnosis via all those stupid tests). Next step: ADHD. By the time I wanted that official diagnosis I had figured I was autistic, but when I look back at how I have perceived myself and others over the years, it was in fact quite a long walk.
