Today I got a little bit of painting done in the Grimoire, and am hoping to be a little less blocked to work on a brief writing project this evening. I also enlisted the offspring in packing help today, which was relatively successful considering. Which, for the record, it's a LOT easier to move if you're not emptying your entire house. I don't envy future us getting the rest of our stuff out of here to actually make repairs but that's a future us problem and hopefully by then we have more psychological capacity for that can of worms. I also sat in the garden and meditated and watched the bats a bit this evening. I love them. I'm unsure how common albino bats are, but we have at least two resident albinos and between them and our raven friend, Hokomopadah, I'm glad we'll have the chance to return here for the time being because I'm certainly not ready to say goodbye to them for good.
