Luckily your Philips smart TV can become an unconnected TV that’s only connected to a NUC, raspberry pi, or other similar computer, running lInux.

Yes that would probably be the project if my wife didn’t want to keep her Netflix subscription😅 For now, I’m giving up on the open source smart TV as I also don’t want to impose too much on my family. Next TV would probably be a dumb TV or a Linux one though.
