Our beautiful ginger chicken has passed away just shy of her 12th birthday. In her first year, she was our only chicken and followed us around all day long. Then, we found her a partner and they have been inseparable ever since. The poor partner has been with her constantly for the past few days as she deteriorated and is looking very lost now. The end stage is so hard for all who love them. Thanks for all the wonderful memories, our darling ginger girl! We will miss you. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
