Bonta's office *will never have as much leverage over Warnermount as it has today*, when the company is paying a $7m/day "ticking fee" while the merger is stalled (thanks to an injunction secured by the Hollywood unions, whom Bonta has just *royally* fucked, because they can't afford to litigate this case without the AG office's backing). 4/
